How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of editing managers.
Viewers are not paid users and won’t ever need to log into Propared.
Can stage managers use Propared?
Yes! We offer a special “Project Manager” license that lets you assign an editing user to every project that you have.
You can assign a different person to each project, and they can all work concurrently in the system – all for the cost of a single user license!
Do you offer an enterprise version?
Every Propared subscription is enterprise. We believe that every managers’ work is equally important and deserves the highest level of security, infrastructure, and priority support.
What are your payment terms?
All of them! Need a PO? Want to pay by check? Credit card? Need us to become an approved vendor? Monthly or annual billing? Setup payments to align with your fiscal year? We’ll work it out.
Can I import my data?
Yes! Contacts, inventory items, and events can be imported via .CSV files.
